We are currently seeking a Maintenance Tech.
Responsibilities include:
- Assists in the overall operation/coordination of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local law
- Assists in notifying contractors as needed and coordinates services to ensure all equipment and resident care equipment/needs are met.
- Assists in maintaining all preventative maintenance schedules and performs daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annually, and annual inspections per policies and procedures and meets all regulatory requirements.
- Assists in cleaning, lubricating, and properly storing maintenance tools/equipment.
- Makes simple carpentry repairs and provides minor cosmetic upkeep such as painting.
- Attends to all repair requisitions, prioritizing, allocating job repairs and follow-up.
- Will maintain a professional and working relationship with all vendors, contracted services, and the corporate purchasing director related to maintenance supplies, services, and equipment.
